Cancelling An Order

All orders are subject to a $10 minumum cancellation fee once the order has entered our system. Depending on what stage of processing the order is in, we may be able to cancel your order without a fee. Most orders are entered into our system within 24 hours after they are placed. Most orders that are placed with rush production are entered sooner than 24 hours (please note that by the time you need to cancel a rush production order, your order may already be in production). If an order is cancelled after it has entered our system, you may be partially or fully liable for the total of the order (minus shipping fees). Please contact customer service to cancel your order.
