We will honor returns or exchanges on personalized and promotional items only if the item was printed incorrectly (I.e., different than what you requested on the online order form). To make a return on either an incorrectly printed product or a stock item, please contact us via our Online Contact System or by telephone at 1-800-845-8746 within 7 business days of receiving the order. Shortly thereafter, our customer service department will provide you with a RMA number to include with the returned product. You will receive any refunds as a credit to your credit card for the purchase price of the product. If the item being returned is a non-stock item/personalized product, we will also credit you for the shipping charges associated with that item, including charges incurred in returning the item. If you received free shipping, you will be credited only for the cost of the product.
