Free Ground Shipping applies to all domestic shipments with the following exceptions: high volume orders or orders with large package weights may not be eligible for free ground shipping. Other restrictions may apply. Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands and International orders are not eligible for free ground shipping. Shipments to these locations may incur an increase in shipping fees due to weight of package(s).
* Plate charges, set-up charges, and rush production fees for most products do not count toward free shipping. For instance, a $120.00 order for custom cups with a $30.00 set up fee ($150.00 total) does not qualify for free shipping.

Most of our domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless expedited shipping was requested. Orders that we receive that only have a PO Box will ship via USPS. Once an order is ready to be shipped (refer to the specific product for production times) the time in transit is usually no more than 5 - 6 business days.
