In the subject line of your email, please include the colors (or colors) of the ribbon you have ordered. In the subject line, also include the email address you entered at checkout when purchasing your order.

Standard production time for awareness ribbons is 8 - 10 business days in-house plus shipping time. Rush orders take 5 business days in-house plus shipping time. If you choose to rush your order, there will be an additional charge of $.40 per ribbon. This charge does not include the expedited shipping. For faster delivery, both Second Day and Next Day service are available during checkout. The cost of shipping is based on the product subtotal.
