I just recently hosted a baby shower for my sister and had no idea of what to do so I searched on the internet for days and found several games you could play and also a few activities, my favorite was where you buy a bunch of onezies and have everyone decorate one for the baby at the shower.

I have hosted a few baby showers and the one that everyone loved the most was when we had 2 dolls, newborn diapers, wet wipes, and baby food (to make a mess) and they have a race to see who can change the baby faster. The trick is that they have to do it wearing oven mitts. It is hilarious! Another one is where I hid baby items around the room and everyone had to find them. Just be sure to keep a count of the items. We accidently forgot an item at one of the showers! The person with the most items won the prize!

I recently attended a baby shower where we played a very fun game. Each guest was provided a list of movie star names and their children's names. The object was to match the movie star's name with his/her child(ren)'s name. It was a lot of fun.

I recently hosted a baby shower. There were 12 guests. Since new moms usually get a lot of the same thing... onesies, blankets, etc. I divided the guests into three groups: Bath Time, Sleep Time, Day Time.
Each group was asked to buy a gift in their theme (I put a little note inside their invitation). I got a lot of great feedback. The guests like having a theme so they weren't overwhelmed with what to buy and mom loved getting a little bit of everything. Try it!

I found it very helpful if you just to your local party store and look at what is avilable such as baby carriage, pinata's things of that nature. You get alot of idea and inspiration. You will be amazed at how yoyr mind and your creativity start to flow.
