| I see they have pre-cut ribbons that are 12 inches long..Does anyone know if this will be enough ribbon to tie around a box that is 2x2x2. I want to bring it around the sides and bottom of the box and tie it in a bow on the top...kinda like a present. |

| If the box is 2X2X2 and the ribbon is 12". I'm guessing that it will fall a bit short. You have to figure that each side of the box will take up 2" of the ribbon, leaving a very small amount to tie a bow. |

You will need 2" of ribbon for each side of the box before making the bow. Since the box has 4 sides, you will need about 8" leaving just 4" to make the bow. It seems that it may be too short. You may want to cut the ribbon yourself. |

Cute idea for baby/wedding shower favor/centerpiece: Make different colored chocolate lollipops (white chocolate dyed w/food coloring). Tie cellophane around them w/personalized ribbon. Stick them into little buckets or pails (styrofoam helps them stay in place) and fill remainder of bucket with colored shreded paper (like grass) to make little flower pots! Good idea to hot glue pretty ribbon around the pails. So cute!! You can do pretty much any color, however not a good idea for outdoor/warm weather (you'll have melted lollipops!)
Thanks! |
