| I am wanting to use tulle at my wedding reception as table runners and to tie around the chairs. The chairs are a dark wood so I was wondering if I should either, layer the tulle with two layers of color, or put a bottom layer of white with a colored layer ontop. Which one do you think would work better to pop the color? Thanks! |

| What colors of tulle are you considering using? How are you going to use it on the chairs? |

if the chairs are dark - I like the idea of the white with the color on them - if hte chairs are light - based on the color's you use - they might be okay as single bows....
