| Has anyone seen a balloon cinderella carriage? I saw one on a website and was wondering how hard they are to make. |

i've never tried making one but i do know that the carraige is made of
2 heart arches crossed over diagonally.
you may want to try decorating
the carriage with flowers & tulle or organza fabric
vs balloons. |
