I would allow 1.5 napkins for each guest in attendance. Hope that helps.

I just went to the reception site that is providing the alcohol and was told that I could count on each person consuming 2 drinks per hour. You need to consider this as well as passed hor'doerves etc... I was told by my caterer to count on 500 napkins for a 100 guest wedding. Hope this helps! |

I am estimating 4 cocktail napkins per guest for a 1 1/2 hour cocktail hour and dinner to follow... I figure people have a cloth napkin for dinner so they will not use the cocktail napkins as much once they sit for dinner.

You could go a few different routes. If you want to save money, it might be better to get 1.5-2 napkins for each guest in case some want to save them as favors. For all of the other napkin needs just get some plain old cheap napkins that can be used for mass consumption. If you want to save trouble and the party is going to get messy, you might want at least 4 per person. It's always better to have too many napkins than too little, but don't be afraid to get some cheap napkins as well as personalized ones. Hope this helps.

Just spoke to a representative Chalestina in customer service. She is amazing and very knowledgeable about the products.

Most will use one napkin for the food and one for the cake. Some may use another napkin for their drinks, after eating. Some may take an extra one home for keepsake. So, I think it would be safe to go with 250, roughly.

I was told to figure about 2-3 cocktail napkins per person. And to save money you can use the caterers napkins for the food and just use the personalized napkins up at the bar...

Thank you for asking this question. I will definetly have to order more than I originally planned.
