We are having a dressup party for my neice. We are making little tutus for all her friends and her. They are all so excited. I was happy to find the 12" spools of tulle. They are perfect for making tutus!

Hi, I was wondering how you make your tutus. I use 6" rolls of tulle. I make mine really poofy and big. You use wider tulle, and I was just wondering how you do that?
