Since this the 21 century, I feel that having the fiance' at the shower is alright to do. Afterall, some of the gifts given to the bride at these showers are, after all, for both the bride and groom. I see nothing wrong with it.

I agree afterall it is a wedding for both the bride and the groom. In this day and time we should have wedding showers instead of bridal shower and then a bach party...who wants our men to have a wild party anyway with all kinds of things happening there. If there is true love then the groom will not want to have a wild party with women...not only true love but have Jesus in their lives.
