Stock (non personalized) items take around 3 - 7 business days to leave our warehouse, as long as all items are in stock. We will contact you if any items are on back order. Since many of our products are personalized, please refer to the specific personalized product for production times. Tulle fabric during our slower months (late summer and early fall) usually ship within 2-3 business days. During our busy months (winter and spring), tulle orders can take around 14 business days to leave our warehouse. We will contact you if any items are on back order. Our shipping goes out via UPS Ground or via US Postal Service First Class Mail. Orders are usually delivered within 2-7 business days depending on your location.
*Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, and Canada may incur an increase in shipping fees due to weight of package(s). Shipments to these locations will be contacted by our customer service team if we do require any additional fees.
