We will honor returns or exchanges for: 1) custom printed items if the items were printed incorrectly (i.e., different than what you requested on the online order form); or 2) stock products/unprinted items (though some unprinted items may have restrictions due to health concerns). The request to return an order must be made within 14 days from the time the order/product was delivered to your location. If your request to return an order is approved by our customer service team, you will be given an additional 14 days to return the product from the time the return authorization is sent to you. Return authorizations normally will be sent via email.
To make a return on either an incorrectly printed product or a stock item, please contact us via our Online Contact System or by telephone at 1-800-845-8746. Shortly thereafter, our customer service department will provide you with a RMA number to include with the returned product. You will receive any refund as a credit to your credit card for the purchase price of the product. If the item being returned is a non-stock item/personalized product, we also will credit you for the shipping charges associated with that item, including charges incurred in returning the item. If you received free shipping, you will be credited only for the cost of the product.
Please have your order number ready if you call for a return authorization. If you choose to email us, please include the order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
We cannot refund orders that arrive late due to a shipping carrier delay but were shipped via the correct shipping method. Please contact us within five business days of a delayed shipment, and we will put in a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf to recoup the shipping fees. Please note that this shipping credit cannot be guaranteed and will ultimately be up to the shipping carrier's discretion.
