The setup fee is waived on reorders placed within 1 year from your most recent order. If the reorder is placed more than 1 year after your most recent order, the setup fee is half price.

PROOF/PRODUCTION TIME

Please allow 1-2 business days to receive a proof, once you have placed an order.

Upon receipt of your proof, please review and approve, or reply back with any changes, as quickly as possible. Any delay in approval or change requests will delay the production process (unless the change is due to an error on our part).

Please ensure that our emails are not going into your spam folder, so that you do not miss the proof.

Production scheduling begins following final proof approval.

Allow seven (7) business days for production after all proof approvals.

View shipping time to your location. Please note that expediting the shipping method will not speed up production, it will only affect the shipping time for the order.
